Male Enhancement Exercises

I've thought a long time whether I should really make a website about male enhancement exercises., This is probably the most spammy topic one could write about. But that's exactly the reason why I decided to share my knowledge here.

Because there are simply so many bad products out there for men who want to develop their sexuality.

I don't want you to waste time and money on weird devices with lots of pseudo-medical explanations.

After all, there are plenty of tumps that not only not work, but can actually be a danger to your long-term sexual health.

And please don't swallow any of these Ineffective pills and supplements that are sold at inflated prices.
I know it can be tempting, but please stay away from any kind of enhancement surgery (which can leave you with a bigger member that's not able to get really hard...)

I'm sure I don't need to tell you all the details about the stuff they are trying to sell to men. Just check out your "junk mail folder" in your email inbox.

Instead, my aim here is to inform you about things that really work.

And for the most part, these are exercises!

You don't need to buy anything. You just need to DO something!

And that's probably the reason why they still manage to sell millions of dollars of products that don't work. Because it's so much more convenient and easy to buy something rather than to actually do something, to train your body and your mind. Because you must be really disciplined and follow a regular training schedule if you want to have stronger, harder and bigger erections.

Here are some of the exercises you are going to learn about. Maybe you already know some of them, but chances are you haven't done them the right way. And if you don't do them exactly correct, then they don't work, or at least not as good as they could.

Kegel Exercises

Kegel exercises were originally developed by Dr. Alfred Kegel for women. It took a while until they found out that men can benefit from kegel exercises too. It's basically training your pelvic muscle. The PC muscle in particular.

Edging

Edging is an exercise where you get really sexually aroused, until you are almost ready to have an orgasm - but you stop before that. And then you cool yourself down, until you're ready to get the excitement up a little. It's a little bit like surfing - you want to be on top of the wave, but you don't want the wave to actually collapse. This technique can help not just to give you bigger erections, but also to overcome premature ejaculation.

Ballooning

This one is similar to ballooning, but it's a bit more advanced. But while you're doing this, you also do Kegel exercises, and you keep doing this for at least 20 minutes.
